Acceptance of Terms
By using Deats (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). The App is owned and operated by 2510641 Alberta Inc., a company incorporated in Alberta, Canada, with a registered address at 57 Walden Sq. SE, Calgary, Alberta, Canada, T2X0N6 (the "Company").
Age Restrictions
There are no age restrictions for using the App. However, you affirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Compliance with Local Laws
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Deats complies with all local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. The App may not be available or appropriate for use in all countries, and the Company makes no representation or warranty regarding the legality or appropriateness of the App in any particular jurisdiction.
License Grant
By submitting content to Deats, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the App and the Company's business, including for promoting, advertising, and redistributing part or all of the App.
Prohibited Conduct
In addition to the restrictions on user-generated content already mentioned, you agree not to use the App to:
- harass, threaten, or defame any person or entity;
- promote discrimination, bigotry, racism, or hatred against any individual or group;
- transmit spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email;
- impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
- interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or the servers or networks connected to the App.
Termination
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the App, without notice and liability, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Alberta, Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Language
The official language of these Terms is English. Any translations of these Terms provided by the Company are for convenience only, and in the event of any conflict between the English version and the translated version, the English version shall prevail.
Changes to Terms of Service
The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or updates. We encourage you to periodically review these Terms to stay informed about any changes.
